I help you get to the root cause/s of your challenges, guide and support you, and hold you accountable, so you can make a tangible and lasting difference to your life.
Understand that to work with me you must be willing to be open and honest, fully committed to the journey and to doing the work required. Because you’ll be investing time, money and energy, in order for you to commit you must believe in the value of doing so, and because we would be entering into a partnership it’s important we both feel happy to work together. Packages are bespoke rather than a one size fits all approach because we all have different needs and preferences.
Sessions are held via video call where possible.
